While he has stepped back from day-to-day operations, he stays connected with Joel, discussing the company’s progress and offering insights when needed.

Having dedicated his life to hard work, Tony values commitment and integrity. Although he doesn’t have specific hobbies, he enjoys the simple pleasure of indulging in fish and chips from time to time. His experiences and friendly advice contribute to the foundation of the company.

In his free time, you’ll often find him enjoying long walks in nature or playing football with friends. His passion for staying active, combined with his experience abroad, adds a vibrant and grounded perspective to his work.

Finley

Adventure Enthusiast

Finley is a dynamic individual with a passion for exploration, both in and out of the office. His love for travel has taken him to incredible destinations, including 6 months living in the picturesque French Alps and another 6 months exploring the vibrant cultures of South America. These diverse experiences have shaped his global outlook and deepened his appreciation for different ways of life.

In addition to his travels, Finley is an avid snowboarding enthusiast. His adventurous spirit and dedication to personal growth bring a fresh, energetic approach to everything he does.

Richard

Trustee & Visionary

Richard is a passionate Trustee of a housing charity in Matlock, dedicating his time to supporting initiatives that create lasting impact in the community. With a visionary approach and strong commitment to making a difference, he plays an essential role in shaping the charity’s future.

Richard works with ANVSJ, contributing to the company’s growth and success. Although his primary focus is on his charity work, his experience and contributions to the company are valued by the team.

A proud father of two daughters and a grandfather to four wonderful grandchildren. Family is at the heart of everything he does, and he enjoys spending quality time with them whenever possible.

Sandra

Advisory & Administrative Support

Sandra has been a cornerstone of ANVSJ, contributing significantly to its growth in the early days alongside her husband Tony, one of the original owners. With a wealth of experience in administrative support and bookkeeping, she played a key role in shaping the foundational operations of ANVSJ. Although Sandra is now no longer involved in the day-to-day running of the company, her insights and advice are still valued.

Outside of her work, Sandra is a devoted wife, mother, and Granny to nine wonderful grandchildren. She cherishes the time spent with her family, especially her children and grandchildren. Sandra also enjoys social gatherings, particularly afternoon tea and “ladies who lunch” events, where she enjoys good conversation and the company of friends.
